The final chapter of the court case against the Downtown Toronto Hells Angels just ended with a whimper, with charges being dropped against Donny Petersen, the club’s Central Canadian secretary.

It’s a little early to call it an all-out war, but tensions are peaking in Winnipeg between the Hells Angels and the latest incarnation of the Rock Machine. Not so long ago, the new Rock Machine seemed to aim more at impressing biker chics and not pissing off the Hells Angels than anything else.
