Wednesday, October 31st, 2018Murderer Randolph Brown was in my 2010 book, The Bandido Massacre. He was one of four men who beat drug dealer Shawn Douse to death. I particularly remember the sad and dignified presence of Douse’s father at the court case. Now judge has ruled that Brown must serve out his sentence in maximum security facility.
