Winnipeg Angels ‘flatlined’ by cops

In a little bit of cop humour, the Winnipeg police operation that culminated in mass raids this week was called ‘Project Flatlined,’ a not-so-subtle dig at the Hells Angels support club, the Redline Crew. Among the 11 people arrested was Dale Sweeney, the Manitoba Hells Angels president whose massive house was also raided. There are reports that the Rock Machine gang is now in the police’s sights.

Michel (L’Animal) Smith of Quebec, a suspect in 22 murders, arrested in Smith, whose aliases  ”Michael Lajoie-Smith” was picked up in a tourist area and faces an expedited extradition hearing.
