Dean Wiwchar looks like a particularly clean-cut college basketball player, but he’s got a nasty criminal records that includes robbing McDonald’s with a baseball bat. He’s also got a rough record from inside maximum security prison. He’s the alleged gunman who killed John Raposo in Toronto’s Little Italy in a crowded cafe on Monday.
