A dozen year after a couple was murdered, the trial for the alleged killers is finally beginning in Kentville, N.S. The Crown is arguing it was a Hells Angels ordered hit. Leslie Douglas Greenwood, 42, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Barry Kirk Mersereau, 48, and his wife, Nancy Paula Christensen, 47.

Leclerc prison in Quebec is slated to be closed and that’s a “recipe for disaster” according to prison union, since it’s home to scores of organized criminals.
